KRAV

Må-ha:

  • Praktisk erfaring med elektriske og elektroniske systemer
  • Praktisk erfaring med mekaniske systemer eller sammenstillinger

We are at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for household use. Our mission is to create an abundant supply of labor via safe, intelligent humanoids. As we transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing, we seek an experienced Robot Assembly Technician. We are currently looking to expand our team of motivated Robot Assembly workers. As a robot assembly technician you will take part in several production processes where the finished product is our bi-pedal robots. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a skillset suited to do work on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems and components. We are looking for individuals with a "get-things-done" attitude, and the ability to be involved in both long-term planning and day-to-day practical tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with electrical and electronic systems
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical systems or assemblies
  • The ability to dive in and easily understand complex systems
  • Detail oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills
  • Understanding of dynamic environments where balancing priorities and timelines is needed

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience with soldering

Typical Interview Process

  • Introductions - interviews to learn more about you and talk about 1X and the role
    • Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
    • Hiring manager / senior team member / technical interview
  • Team interviews - technical interviews and deep-dives with team members. May include a take home challenge, presentation or problem-solving exercise
    • Technical deep-dive conversation with a team member
    • Onsite interviews with team members
  • Final Interview Stage - we move you to our final round
    • Expectation management with the hiring manager
    • We will conduct reference checks
    • Job offer conversation

Depending on the role and your background, additional interviews may be added.

Location: 1XHQ, Moss

Our new headquarter in Moss, Norway, is a short train ride from Oslo. The machine shop is designed to be state-of-the-art, with a variety of 5-axis CNC and EDM machines and a quality lab with a CMM machine and other equipment. 1XHQ offers food, showers, and outdoor activities.
