Embedded Firmware Engineer, Generalist

Targeted start date: Immediately. Relocation provided.

We are at the forefront of developing advanced humanoid robots designed for household use. Our mission is to create an abundant supply of labor via safe, intelligent humanoids. As we transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing, we seek an experienced Embedded Software Engineer. For this role we are looking for a generalist comfortable in contributing to multiple parts of our embedded stack. You will have the opportunity to contribute to motor control, MCU API development, HIL testing and OTA firmware + bootloader deployment to name a few. Collaborating closely with other hardware- and software-teams, you will play a vital role in everything from initial hardware bring-up to security and safety standards compliance for firmware running on consumer grade devices. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing and deploying firmware for robotics, automotive or consumer products. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude, who excel in both long-term strategic planning and day-to-day execution of practical tasks.
